Healthy, flavorful scrambled eggs

Here is a healthy filling way to have your morning scrambled eggs with all the protein yet without all the calories.
I used two eggs, 3/4 cup organic egg whites, and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.

Mixed them together and cooked. I topped my eggs off with some homemade pico de gallo but you could use whatever salsa or pico is your favorite.
I got this recipe from my Beachbody Focus T25 nutrition manual. It is full of awesome yummy recipes.
I also had a piece of organic whole grain toast (plain), it is actually really good without anything on it.
Top of with some fresh fruit and you are good to go! Enjoy.
