Flank Steak and Veggies Skewers

21 Day Fix: 1 Red, 1 Green, and 2 grey.
INGREDIENTS
1 Red container of flank steak, cut big enough to fit on skewers
*red peppers, cut
*green peppers, cut
*onions, cut
21 Day Fix Southwest seasoning
extra-virgin olive oil
skewers, soaked and read to grill
*All the veggies should fit into 1 green container
DIRECTIONS
Place the flank steak into a ziplock bag. Mix 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil and 2 tsp Southwest seasoning. Pour the seasoning mixture over the steak. Close bag and mix around all over the steak. Do the same for the veggies but in a different ziplock bag. Let refrigerate for at least one hour.
Place all the steak and veggies on the skewers until all gone, alternating between meat and veggies. Grill till meat is cooked to desire. Enjoy.
