Baked Banana Almond Oatmeal
Ingredients:
2 cups water

1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 medium Banana (sliced)
2 Tbsp Almond Slices
FREEBIE - Cinnamon
Optional: Drizzle Maple Syrup or Honey on top
Directions:
1 Cook oats per directions. I like to add cinnamon and 1 tbsp maple syrup to the oats as they are cooking for sweetness.
2 Remove oatmeal and pour into small glass baking dish (I use a square baking dish).
3 Top with sliced bananas
4 Layer with almonds and top with cinnamon
5 Bake in your oven at 425 for 5 minutes or until caramelized and slightly crisp.
