Baked Banana Almond Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal

  • 1 medium Banana (sliced)

  • 2 Tbsp Almond Slices

  • FREEBIE - Cinnamon

  • Optional: Drizzle Maple Syrup or Honey on top

Directions:

  • 1 Cook oats per directions. I like to add cinnamon and 1 tbsp maple syrup to the oats as they are cooking for sweetness.

  • 2 Remove oatmeal and pour into small glass baking dish (I use a square baking dish).

  • 3 Top with sliced bananas

  • 4 Layer with almonds and top with cinnamon

  • 5 Bake in your oven at 425 for 5 minutes or until caramelized and slightly crisp.
