21 Day Fix Veggie Fried Rice

(Designed for the 21 Day Fix workout and eating program so makes 1 serving; you can change the portion sizes in order to cook for your family but still cook separate so you can measure your portions J)
Ingredients:
One green container of your favorite veggies such as:
Celery, carrots, cauliflower, onions, peas, and/or broccoli
One yellow container of brown rice
Red container - 2 eggs
21 Day Fix All Purpose Seasoning
Directions
Spray small cooking spray in a pan and stir fry all the veggies until tender. Remove from the pan and spray a little more cooking oil on the pan. Scramble two eggs; once cooked, add the cooked rice, seasonings, veggies, and stir everything together.
This is so good and only uses 3 containers!
