Time for a Truth-based "Pick-Me-Up"

I am not going to lie... October just feels like a "blah" month for me! Anyone else feel that way?
I guess this is when we just need to pick ourselves up by the bootstraps, throw out the nasty feelings, and grab ahold of truth. I am going to have to make sure that I set foot, everyday before the FACE of the Almighty BEFORE I set foot on FACEbook; I am going to have to eat what I know serves my body well, BEFORE I choose to eat the longings of my appetite; and I will need to serve needs others before I serve the selfish desires of my own. Those are the recipes of gratitude that will wake up my "blah" soul and refresh it from the inside out. I don't think there is any store-front magazine that will prescribe that! Amen?!?!
